Summary

Ansys Fluent simulations, checked against experimental data, examine how obstacles placed at the collector outlet of a solar chimney power plant change the internal airflow. Adding such obstacles improves the plant's performance, raising generated power by about 11.5% with a single obstacle and nearly 15% with two.
