Summary

Numerical model of a solar chimney power plant fitted with a wind-driven suction device at the chimney outlet and coupled to seawater desalination through indirect condensation, compared with simpler configurations across turbine speeds. The condenser preheats seawater using recovered latent heat, and outlet suction boosts power output, giving about 9.8 t/h of freshwater and an overall solar utilization efficiency near 16.7%.
