Summary

A mathematical model of a solar chimney power plant whose collector also grows crops shows that larger planted areas raise evaporation and cut electrical output, while humid air restores power. Crop revenue outweighs the lost electricity, so the combined plant beats a conventional one economically; condensed water adds little value, and raising the chimney from 1000 to 1500 m boosts power but shrinks the net gain.
