Summary
CFD simulations in ANSYS Fluent assess a room whose roof pairs a sun-facing solar chimney with a radiative cooling cavity on the opposite slope, compared across three opening layouts. Adding the cooling cavity improves both airflow and indoor cooling, and the variant combining it with a wall opening reaches about 1.2 air changes per hour on a daily average, above the required 0.7.
