Summary

Day-long numerical simulations of a solar chimney power plant under the climate of Isfahan, Iran, used to optimise collector and chimney geometry, add thermal energy storage for night-time output, and compare emissions and water use with other plants. Collector changes raise power by about 139% and chimney changes by about 68%, with storage giving steady output after sunset.
