Summary
Uses three-dimensional CFD in ANSYS Fluent, checked against March 2016 measurements on a small wooden test room in Egypt (about 7% mean error), to optimise passive heating and airflow from a solar chimney paired with buried air pipes. Pipe diameter matters most for ventilation, then chimney height, and the best chimney tilt lies around 30–35°.
