Models a solar chimney power plant with its turbine by splitting it into collector, chimney and turbine zones, each with its own heat transfer and flow equations. Applied to the Manzanares prototype, the simulation predicts a peak output of just over 50 kW, consistent with measured behaviour, and a scaled-up design is shown to exceed 10 MW.
