Summary
Cassava was dried outdoors in a tent-type solar dryer with an attached chimney, loading either rack or both, and benchmarked against samples left exposed to direct sun. Exposed samples lost water faster at first, yet the dryer overtook them and reached completion sooner; roughly 75–80% of the moisture went within two days, and produce placed higher in the dryer dried best.
