Summary

A one-year measurement campaign on a test solar chimney, a 12.5 m tower fed by a collector 25 m across, logging solar radiation, humidity, air temperature and velocity profiles, plus the optical behaviour of the soil and cover materials. Measured temperatures and volumetric flows indicate the plant could serve well for drying crops.
