Summary
Fluent CFD simulations compare a conventional solar chimney power plant with two variants whose collector roof is inclined at 2.5° and 5°, across a range of solar irradiance levels. A steeper collector raises extracted power as well as energy and exergy efficiencies, and these gains also grow with stronger radiation.
