Summary
Examines how orientation affects a solar chimney ventilating a warehouse, comparing azimuths in 30° steps from east to west. Turning the absorber 30° away from south collects more heat over a year than facing due south, and raises morning air change rates but lowers afternoon ones. Pairing east- and west-facing chimneys sustains ventilation through the whole day.
