Summary

CFD runs in ANSYS with an SST k-ω closure explore how two geometric features of a solar chimney, the angle at its throat and the tilt of the collector roof, shape airflow speed, air temperature and electrical output. Pairing an 85° throat with an 8° collector slope gave the largest output, roughly twice that of the reference geometry.
