Summary
Numerical heat-transfer model of a solar chimney power plant comparing divergent, convergent and horizontal collector roofs. Divergent collectors deliver the most power through higher airflow velocity and mass flow; at a fixed mean height they yield roughly three times the output of convergent designs and 1.5 times that of horizontal ones.
