Summary

Theoretical parametric modelling of buoyancy-driven airflow in a sun-heated dwelling, driven by a solar-heated chimney, an adsorption-based cooling chamber, or both together, with wind neglected and sizing advice given. On a representative day a 2.5 m² chimney moves more than 150 kg/h of air through the house, and the adsorption chamber lifts night-time airflow by around 20%.
