Summary

Proposes a seawater desalination concept that pairs humidification-dehumidification with a twin-tower solar chimney, solar collectors and seawater condensers. Component models are used to simulate monthly freshwater output; at roughly the scale of the Manzanares prototype, the plant would yield about 1.5 kg/h of fresh water on average for a mean solar radiation near 599 MJ/m².
