Summary

Assesses how well a passive solar chimney ventilates the conference hall of a green-technology school building in Tainan, Taiwan. Air change rates in the hall ranged from about 5.7 to 9.1 per hour, above Taiwan's minimum ventilation requirement, indicating that the chimney alone can provide adequate fresh-air exchange in this space without relying on air conditioning.
