Summary

Grid simulations in CYME, using real distribution network data from Safawi, Jordan, assess how connecting a hybrid solar chimney plant that runs as a cooling tower at night affects a medium-voltage grid over a full day. Voltage deviation and losses fall slightly, the power factor drops from 0.83 to 0.74, and voltage steps stay below 3% of nominal.
