Summary
Full-scale field tests of a solar chimney combined with a passive cooling wind tower on the roof of a small test house in Assiut, Egypt, monitored over two summer months. The system supplied air at about 27 °C, kept indoor conditions roughly 8 °C below outdoor with PMV in the comfort range, and maintained acceptable daytime ventilation and CO2 levels.
